CHILDREN are a special gift from God, and as such we are committed to offering the highest possible standard of care for them and their families. Children are unique individuals and should be treated with respect and dignity regardless of race, beliefs, or special needs. All children need to be loved, nurtured and guided to grow physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, and socially in the best way possible. At Rise & Shine Day Care all children are entitled to a safe and nurturing environment with a schedule of routines that best meet the individual needs of each child in our care.
FAMILY is the authority on their child and therefore we encourage families to be involved in their child’s program. We respect each family’s differences and strive to work together in order to uphold values that will build a strong community.
OUR STAFF are entitled to a work environment, which recognizes and respects their training, skills and commitment to child care, as they put the child’s needs before their own.
